Ali is the Director of Collingswood Care and has worked in Care for 40 years, when she's not helping others she's out with her horses.
Alison has RMA and ILM qualifications, together with a degree in strategic management.
Colin Tyler
Colin is the Registered Manager of Collingswood Care; when he's not at work he likes to spend time with his daughters and grandkids. His favourite place on earth isn't Disney but Fortnum and Mason.
Natalie Cowan
Natalie is the Deputy Manager of Collingswood Care and has worked in care for 33 Years, when she's not at work she can often be found at the Gym, the theatre or if she's lucky a weekend away somewhere.
Kimberley Partridge
Kimberley deals with recruitment, social media and HR enquires.
When she's not out and about with her family and her sausage dog Slinky, she is learning how to crochet animals and catching up on MAFS!
Nick Ellis
Finance Assistant
When Nick isn't saving the day with our finance queries he enjoys hiking on the moors with his daughter and two dog Gizmo and Duggee!
Tracy Danes
Tracy is our training guru, dealing with all things training! When she’s not organising the diary she loves spending with her family and beautiful cat George.

Kerri has 15 years' experience in the care sector, Kerri helps with all aspects of administration duties. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, going on spa days, and attending local boxing events.
